Proverbs are commonly held beliefs. Every language has proverbs and uses them to express beliefs or advice.
But, many of these proverbs are paradoxical! One may tell you "Look before you leap" (mira antes de saltar), and, yet another will warn you that if "You snooze, you lose" (si te vacilas, pierdes).
In the video below, we discuss a few of these confusing proverbs and try to make sense of them.
